Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms describe use of the Liles Crushed Concrete website and its inquiry form. Please contact us if you have questions about the information shown here.
Website information and inquiries
The website provides information about materials, recovery services, locations, and project inquiries. Submitting the form requests follow-up from Liles; it does not place an order, reserve material, schedule an appointment, or confirm pickup, delivery, or acceptance of material.
Product availability, quantities, pricing, site conditions, material acceptance, hauling arrangements, and timing need confirmation with Liles. Any agreed quote, order, or service arrangement has its own applicable terms. Website descriptions and a submitted inquiry do not replace that confirmation.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact and project information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Avoid including payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the form’s notes. If project details change after you submit, contact us directly.
Appropriate use
Use the website for lawful inquiries and information. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its security measures, submit malicious code, or access records that are not available to the public.
External services and links
Links to maps, Facebook, and other external websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry processing and our Cookie Policy explains optional analytics and browser storage.
