This policy describes information handled through the Liles Crushed Concrete website, including project inquiries, website security, and optional analytics.
Information collected
The inquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, project city and state, request type, and timing. You may also provide a company, preferred contact method, project name, and notes. Depending on your request, it collects recovery services and materials, condition and estimated quantity, project address, transportation and access details, requested products and amounts, quantity estimates or dimensions, pickup or delivery preferences and address, desired dates, and project use.
Submitted records also include the source page, submission time, request identifiers, and technical records used to validate submissions and prevent duplicates. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to review your request, contact you, assess materials and project requirements, and coordinate quotes or service arrangements. The website’s intake system stores accepted inquiries in a private Cloudflare D1 database and mirrors them to a private Google Sheets spreadsheet for inquiry handling. Cloudflare and Google process information as providers of those services. Submitted records are not displayed publicly by the intake system.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Technical browser and network information is processed for website delivery and security; the intake endpoint uses a hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting. Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the footer’s Analytics preferences. It measures page visits and interactions such as navigation, phone or email link clicks, form stages, selected material categories, validation counts, and successful submissions. The site’s analytics event handling excludes form-entered names, contact details, addresses, notes, quantities, request identifiers, and security tokens. Page metadata uses the canonical page address without query strings or fragments, and referrer information is limited to the referring origin.
Analytics may use browser identifiers and information about your device and visit. The site keeps advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals disabled in its analytics configuration. Storage and security
The intake system uses server-side validation, rate limiting, Turnstile verification, and authenticated transfer to the spreadsheet. No method of transmission or storage eliminates all risk. Inquiry records in the database and spreadsheet remain until removed by an authorized operator; the current intake system has no automatic time-based deletion schedule.

Identify the inquiry and the action you want, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before acting. Available rights and any limits on a request depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
