Frequently Asked Questions
Media fixtureNo approved imageWhat does Liles need to know before reviewing a Kilgore concrete-recovery job?
Share your site address, material type, approximate quantity, and what is mixed into the pile. Note site access and project timing as well. Liles reviews each project before confirming service and discussing recovery options.
Can concrete, asphalt, metal, or other material be discussed in the same inquiry?
Yes, but each material requires a separate review. Concrete with rebar may be evaluated, while asphalt requires an approved separate workflow. Materials like trash and brick are not accepted. Contact Liles to confirm the options for your project.
Why are pictures and approximate dimensions useful at the start?
Photos and measurements reveal pile volume, slab thickness, and mixed debris before anyone travels to your site. This initial documentation helps the team evaluate job requirements early. A site visit is arranged only when necessary.
How do loading conditions and distance influence the recovery conversation?
Haul distance and site layout directly shape practical recovery planning. The team needs to know if trucks have clear turning room, stable ground, and space for loading machinery. Liles reviews these site conditions to decide whether recovery may fit the project.
Where should I direct a Kilgore site-services question?
Use the Plan Your Project form on the website, or reach out directly by phone or email. Share your project location and material details so Liles can review the request.
